Soundtube ST-9 Speakers - First prototype model, exceptionally unique and rare I have owned these speakers for 15 years or so.
I bought them from a commercial AV group who had them in their sales demo area for ~20 years.
They sound excellent and am very sad to even list them, I doubt I will ever come across them again but need the room.

3 Peerless tweeters, front, up, and back firing on each speaker.
8" woofer in eccentric space-age'y accordion style tube.
41"h x 15"w x 15"d There is very little to no information on this model.
I contacted Soundtube when I bought them and they did not believe me when I told them I had a pair.
I sent pictures to prove it to them and they told me the following: Created by David Wiener, founder of Soundtube Entertainment, in the mid 1980's.
The idea was to have the largest sound stage possible using the smallest speaker.
The ST-9 was the first model David created and was basically a prototype, delivering examples to high-end clients David has over a dozen patents in the area of audio and speaker design, and is the recipient of multiple awards for design, business, and entrepreneurship in the audio and consumer electronics industry.
