REFINISHED WALNUT MID CENTURY MODERN DRESSER, STUNNING!!! - $550 (Minneapolis)

This is a beautiful walnut Mid-Century Modern tallboy dresser.
This chest of drawers was sanded down to bare wood (see last photo) and given three coats of a durable polyurethane finish, sanded to 600 grit between coats.
This really brings out the wood grain of the natural walnut and gives it a depth that looks better than the original finish.
This dresser is very well built.
(There’s no purpose in refinished a dresser if it isn’t a good piece of furniture to begin with).
It has 4 drawers that open and close smoothly on a central wood slide rail.
All the drawers have dovetail joints, corner blocks and real wood bottoms for added strength.
Three of the drawers are large and the top one is medium sized.
There are dust shelves between each level of drawers.
It has concealed drawer pulls on the sides of the bottom three drawers and sits atop tapered legs adding to the MCM aesthetic.
The top is wood, not laminate.
I believe it actually looks better in person than in these photos.
It’s in very good condition, is clean and comes from a smoke free home.
