needing help

This not a scam and I find myself with great shame asking but I have recently fell on some hard times after the job I had and so very loved closed down.
I am just getting back on my feet and have enough money to keep a roof over my head and pay bills but will not have anything left for any food and hardly enough for transportation to and from my new job.
