Affordable Bath/Kitchen Remodeling/Landscaping (Eagan)

We are looking for Bath or Kitchen remodeling/concrete/plumbing/painting/closet reconstruction/electrical/construction jobs for decent people.
We are 2 older gentlemen who are retired and do all the work ourselves.
We aren't for everyone.
We are slower than most.
We just love remodeling and doing projects for homeowners who don't want to pay for all the advertising, trucks, glossy pamphlets and other construction company costs added to your bill.
Bathroom need updating? Want a new patio in the backyard? Need a small concrete sidewalk repaired? Concrete steps crumbling? Gutters need cleaning and a gutter guard applied? Plumbing need some updating? Bathroom need remodeling? Need some drywall work done? Wood siding in need or repair or painting? Need a new tub surround? How about a tile floor? Need to replace old light/fan fixtures with new ones? We do ceramic and vinyl tile.
Replace basement windows with glass block windows? We power wash decks and siding.
Woodpeckers causing damage to siding or decks? Is your landscaping in need of updating? Maybe you need your entire house painted.
Have a lake cabin that needs some attention? Do you have a list of home maintenance or rental property maintenance that needs attention? Need work done on a rental property after old renters move out? Holes in drywall? Broken light fixture or fans? Bifold doors falling apart? Need touch up painting done? We do rental turnovers.
