) These are a vintage Celebrity acrylic MCM lucite classic clear starburst, plastic material tissue box cover holder, Celebrity Inc.

It has a sliding back panel with holes to mount on the wall.
This panel slides out to place your box of tissue in it.
(This holds the smaller boxes; not the taller family size.
) The holder looks new with no chips or cracks or haziness to the plastic.
