Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory
- Identify and develop new market opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Conduct business development activities to generate leads
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities
- Provide exceptional account management to build strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with the technical sales team to deliver comprehensive solutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
- Strong ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Excellent negotiation skills and business acumen
- Demonstrated success in account management and customer retention
- Technical sales background is a plus
