Our office is located in beautiful Excelsior, MN and we are seeking outgoing, hardworking, responsible people to join our team.
Primary responsibilities would include selling, marketing, and servicing our insurance offering to new and existing clients.
Allstate offers Auto, Home, Commercial, and Life insurance.
Pay includes base + commission + bonuses.
Must be willing to obtain Property Casualty license.

Compensation: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commissions + Bonus.
(expected 1st year income range between $45,000-60,000)

Position Responsibilities:
New Client Development
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support as needed.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success.
Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients
Job Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
Confident self-starter who works well independently
Caring, compassionate and driven to fulfill customers’ needs
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
Friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-through, and follow-up
Able to obtain or currently possess a Property and Casualty license.
Required:
Property Casualty and/or Life Insurance License
Sales Experience
Bilingual - Not required, but a plus!
