Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Social Specialist to join our Team and contribute to the success of our digital marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Radio, TV, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
This individual should possess a deep understanding of social media advertising best practices, audience targeting, ad creative optimization, and campaign analysis; able to proof results.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute paid social media strategies that align with our marketing objectives and target audience demographics.
Create and optimize paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including campaign setup, audience targeting, ad creative development, and budget management.
Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to identify key demographics, interests, and behaviors for targeting purposes.
Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, creative directors, and analytics specialists, to ensure seamless execution and integration of paid social media campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid social media advertising, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for clients, highlighting campaign results, key findings, and future recommendations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing paid social media campaigns, preferably within an advertising agency or digital marketing environment.
Proficiency in using communications marketing on TV, radio, newspapers, etc.
Proficiency in using social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, etc.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and insights in a clear and concise manner.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a willingness to experiment with new ideas and strategies.
Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
