Supervising a team of roofing sales people and meeting with insurance adjusters are the primary responsibilities.

-Manage a team of Sales Representative’s customer accounts
-Conduct field-based investigations at policyholders’ homes to investigate property damage
-Use claims management software and company provided laptop to assess property damage and determine necessary repair estimates
-Represents Legacy Restoration from a public relations standpoint – Professionalism is key!
-Use strong customer service skills to evaluate damage with adjusters
-Promote safety at all times
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet with property claims adjusters who are responding to the residential property claim in order to develop an agreement on the scope of loss.
Communicate the scope of loss to the Sales Representative and update all systems (AccuLynx, etc)
Provide quality control, training and leadership to a team of Sales Representatives on a day to day basis.
Including but not limited to SOP’s, account management performance and customer service concerns.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3+ years of roofing sales experience or working as a property and casualty insurance adjuster.
Reliable transportation
Must have a valid state driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record
Legacy decals to be installed on your vehicle.
Ability to set-up and climb a ladder; safely navigating roofs during inspections.
Must have excellent training skills geared toward high-performing sales teams.
Appointments may be scheduled evenings and Saturdays.

COMPENSATION
Base + commission structure
Average income in year 1 has ranged between $100,000 - $130,000 (based on performance versus quotas)
