We are seeking a candidate with field service, technical skills and troubleshooting experience to join our team.
This position ensures customers' satisfaction through regular service and maintenance from Shamrock Group.
Specific duties include:
*Service, Installation & Support*
-Maintain, Organized, and updated Route Service schedule necessary to service 100% of assigned customers monthly.
-Perform regularly scheduled maintenance for chemical dispensers and related equipment in assigned accounts.
-Provide emergency service when required (this includes after hours and weekends)
-Troubleshoot problems not related to Shamrock equipment and make resolution recommendations.
-Prepare for and install new dispenser systems and products followed.
-Conduct training programs for customers as required and appropriate.
-Answer technical support calls regarding products, dispensers, installations and applications.
- Working with high temps and voltmeter
Qualified candidates will have 2+ years' experience in field service, an excellent driving record, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Candidates that are self-motivated, have excellent time management and good technical skills are encouraged to apply.
Background in chemicals, or food service industries, highly desired.
Beverage and or Craft Beer systems experience is a plus.
