What You Would Do
Lead, manage, and hold accountable our great Eden Prairie, MN office
Conduct weekly ride-alongs with both production and sales teams
Conduct weekly one-on-ones with staff
Work directly with teams and management in office to maintain quality assurance
Ensure a “WOW” experience for our customers throughout the sales and production journey

What We Need for this Role
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field
5+ years of varied experience in construction management
Knowledge of business principles and practices in construction field
Skills in operating personal computer and other software applications
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to manage projects and understand the technicality of all the services we provide
High attention to detail
