Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts - Set up molds and perform necessary adjustments to ensure proper production - Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments to the process - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Qualifications: - Previous experience in plastic molding, Tool Set Up, injection mold press startup and operation required - Strong mechanical knowledge - Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions - Attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections on finished products - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Skills: - Proficient in operating injection molding machines and related equipment - Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues - Basic computer skills for data entry and machine monitoring using logic controllers We offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive work environment.
