• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads, both from company-provided lists and self-driven efforts, to expand the customer base.
• Sales Presentations: Effectively present our products or services to clients, addressing their needs and showcasing the value our offerings provide.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, offering assistance with quotes, proposals, and other documentation as needed.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products to provide valuable insights to the team.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the relevant departments to help improve products and services.
• Achieve Target Sales: Work diligently to meet or exceed set sales targets and quotas.
• Professional Development: Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and self-study.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Language: Bilingual in Spanish (preferred) but not required.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sales Aptitude: A strong interest in sales and ability to learn and apply sales techniques.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Customer-Centric: Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet goals.
• Computer skills: Proficiency in standard office software.
CRM systems, Bluebeam and AutoCAD is a plus.
• Professional Appearance: Presentable and professional appearance, as this role may involve client meetings.
• Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic, optimistic, and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Reliability: Punctual and dependable.
Experience:
• Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales or a related field (2 years preferred).
