We're seeking a driven professional to join our team as a Residential Jobsite Manager for the upcoming season.

*Responsibilities:*
* *Project Leadership:* Oversee and manage crews, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to project timelines and specifications.
* *Logistics Coordination: *Orchestrate concrete orders, deliveries, trucking, and scheduling to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
* *Communication & Collaboration:* Maintain clear communication with management, clients, and subcontractors, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns.
* *Time Management & Efficiency:* Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and maximizing productivity across job sites.
* *Quality Control:* Ensure impeccable workmanship and adherence to safety protocols on all projects.
* *Administrative Duties:* Complete all necessary paperwork, including job site documentation, vendor receipts, and dumpsite records.
* *Client Relationship Management: *Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle, from initial consultations to final payment collection.
