Field Supervisors build relationships with subcontractors, crews and suppliers and showing how HE is making a difference to our clients.
*Requirements* * Minimum of 1 year construction experience.
* Bilingual in both English and Spanish.
* Must be comfortable climbing roofs.
* Knowledge of roofing, siding, and windows is a plus.
* Ability to take initiative with a positive attitude.
* Strong self-management and organizational skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Takes a sincere interest in what the client truly needs.
*Job Descriptions* * Supervising Subcontractors and crew members.
* Inspecting materials for accurate project orders.
* Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
* Serve as onsite quality and safety control.
* Handle inspections and permits.
* Develop and execute punch lists.
* Perform warranty work.
* Purchasing, delivering, and returning materials and tools per job.
*Benefits* * Annual salary is $45K - $55K per year based on experience.
