We are currently seeking a skilled Plumber.
Position Overview:
You will play a crucial role in our mission to provide high-quality plumbing services.
Your primary responsibilities will include water heater installation and replacement, copper piping repairs, and other plumbing-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Water Heater Replacement: Install, repair, and replace water heaters in residential and commercial properties.
Ensure all installations comply with local plumbing codes and safety standards.
Copper Piping Repairs: Diagnose and fix copper piping issues, including leaks, corrosion, and damage.
Perform necessary soldering, pipe fitting, and pipe replacement as needed.
Maintenance and Inspections: Conduct plumbing system inspections to identify potential issues and recommend preventive maintenance solutions to clients.
Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve plumbing problems efficiently and effectively.
Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify root causes.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions and concerns, explaining repair options, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Valid plumbing license in the state of Minnesota (Minneapolis license preferred).
Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, water heaters, and copper piping.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Physical fitness and stamina for lifting and maneuvering heavy plumbing equipment.
