*Position Description:*
The role of the Journeyman Plumber is to be a team player that supports a reliable full-service reputation capable of planning, executing, and finalizing plumbing projects of all sizes.
This includes the leadership to develop profitable processes, hire and train the right team, and control the quality to meet code and warranty needs of our clients.

*Qualification*
* Active Minnesota Journeyman Plumber License
* Active or ability to obtain a Minneapolis or St.
Paul Certificate of Competency within 90 days of hire
* 1+ years of experience troubleshooting residential plumbing systems as a Journeyman
* Current understanding of both residential and commercial plumbing systems
* Demonstrated knowledge of proper and safe use of tools and related equipment
* Ability to work a full-time schedule (+40 hours/week) Monday through Friday, including nights and weekends on an as needed basis
* Valid Driver’s license with ability to pass a criminal and mover vehicle background screen
*Leadership Requirements*
* Building and maintaining customer rapport through superior customer service
* Proper file documentation and communication with invested parties
* Teach and train Estimators and Project Managers on necessarily needs to complete plumbing repairs
* Provide expertise and recommendations to clients to support fixture selections or placements
* Build on experience through continued on-the-job and continuing education training for self and team
* Ability to positively motivate others while working in a team or independent setting
* Self starter
*Operational Requirements*
* Pre-planning jobs -- materials, labor, etc.
to meet expected profitability goals
* Maintaining neat, clean, organized job sites and vehicles
* Perform plumbing repairs in an efficient and professional manner.
* Organizational abilities -- able to manage multiple, ongoing projects, with an accurate and predictable schedule
* Provide valuable insight for improvements – develop creative solutions to problems
*Mental and Physical Requirements*
* Manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, lift 50 pounds and work on ladder
* Math skills, like being able to do mental arithmetic quickly, are also desirable
* Willingness to utilize appropriate protective clothing and accessories as needed to protect from fumes, weather elements and equipment.
* Must possess valid driver’s license.
