The Project Coordinator is responsible for the administrative support of multiple construction projects and Project Managers by performing administrative functions of a project from job startup to job completion.
Coordinate all project documents and paperwork with accounting, project management, field staff, sub-contractors, suppliers, owners, and architects to make sure all project correspondence is distributed and filed to create a complete project record.
Project Coordinators are also back up support to the front desk receptionists for answering and routing calls.
This position is based out of the Stevens Construction office in Bloomington, MN.
This is a 100% in-office role with flexibility as needed! Office hours are 8:00AM-5:00PM.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software with ability to learn project management software.
Must have high attention to detail, strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
Must have positive attitude and willingness to learn!
