Mail Acceptance and Postal Logistics Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Mail Acceptance and Postal Logistics Manager.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in leading our postal strategy initiatives.
As an expert in postal regulations, you will collaborate closely with the USPS, sales, customer service, and production teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of direct mail projects.
Salary: $85,000 to $110,000 per year based on qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the Mail Acceptance and Postal Logistics team
Develop and implement effective postal strategies to optimize delivery and reduce costs
Ensure compliance with postal regulations and stay updated on industry changes
Collaborate with USPS representatives, sales, customer service, and production teams
Streamline processes to enhance efficiency in mail acceptance and logistics
Qualifications:
Proven experience in mail acceptance, postal logistics, or production management
In-depth knowledge of postal regulations and industry best practices
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mail acceptance or postal logistics
Familiarity with USPS processes and procedures
Proficient in relevant software and tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
