Position Summary 1st Shift Schedule:Monday-Friday 6:00AM-2:00PM plus overtime as needed.
This position is responsible for the manufacturing of innovative infection prevention products in a production or clean room environment following all applicable policies, processes and procedures.
Assembles tests and adjusts various electronic, plastic and metal components using various hand and automated equipment.
Duties Identifies continuous improvement opportunities, completes continuous improvement cards and owns/supports implementing the identified improvements Trained to intermediate and some more critical/advanced processes.
Able to recognize problems or quality concerns and understands the impact to product quality.
Has the ability to work with engineering to find solutions to problems that occur in the manufacturing process.
Has a basic awareness and very limited use of the electronic systems used in operations.
Cross-trained across multiple work cells/lines, takes advantage of opportunities to broaden their cross-training and quickly learns new processes.
Willing and able to train others on basic and intermediate level processes.
Has a solid understanding of the product flow from the start to finish of a work cell/line.
Able to effectively communicate across department, including the extended team.
Duties - cont'd Education Degree High School Diploma or GED## Required Experience High school diploma or GED 2+years of work experience in an operations environment Must be able to read, understand, and carry out written and verbal instructions on performing the job as well as safety procedures.

Performs any additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Lead.
Consistent ability to meet production goals for assigned processes while maintaining quality standards for the product.
Employee workmanship and documentation standards regularly meet all of our quality standards and GMP practices Works well with others in the value stream and offers support when help is needed in a different area.
