*Position Overview:*
We are seeking an experienced Exterior Construction Project Manager to join our team.
As the Exterior Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of residential exterior construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
*Responsibilities:*
* Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for residential exterior construction projects.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams to ensure efficient project execution.
* Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns and providing updates on project milestones.
* Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
* Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
* Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
* Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction projects.
* Collaborate with design teams to ensure accurate interpretation and execution of project specifications.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential exterior construction.
* Strong knowledge of exterior construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
* Proficient in project management software (Acculynx) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to changing project requirements.
* Minimum of 2 years in roofing or exterior project management required.
