Rehoming For My Cat Oreo (Minneapolis)

I am looking to rehome my cat.
He is 3 years old and is a Japanese Bobtail.
He was given to me only 7 months ago by my friend that couldn’t keep him.
He has to live with me because I can’t find him a home but he can no longer live with me because I have another cat and can’t keep both.
He is healthy but is not neutered.
I have no issues with him, he is a great cat but I can’t afford to keep him.
